The workers' compensation system does not work for speed or accuracy. If an employee needs surgery, it regularly takes 3 months to get it performed. We not only prevent people from going to unecessary surgery, we regularly perform wellness care, give them targeted peventative exercises, which keeps their bodies wearing better to prevent surgeries.
